Ailsa joined the practice October 2025, she graduated with honours from her BDS at the University of Glasgow in 2015. After graduating, Ailsa gained experience in hospital and community dental roles within the NHS and completed a post graduate qualification of MFDS from the Royal College of Surgeons and Physicians Glasgow. Alongside her role here at Dunblane Dental Practice, Ailsa has a position at the University of Glasgow as a Clinical Teaching Fellow and is involved in the teaching and supervision of undergraduate dental students.

Ailsa has worked in various jobs both within Scotland and in New Zealand before deciding to move to the local area to be closer to her family and where she grew up.

Ailsa is known for her calm and approachable manner. She is committed to providing high quality and patient centred care for her patients.

Outside of work Ailsa enjoys spending time with her family (and entertaining her young son), baking, skiing, and playing tennis.
